TRANSPORTATION

By train

For participants who come from Paris, they have to go to the SNCF railway station of Perpignan (TGV).

For the connection between the railway station Perpignan to Cap'vacances l'Estanyot (24 km distance, 20 minutes) there are several possibilities:
    -  take the free organized shuttle provided for participants arriving on Sunday 27th September and leaving on Friday 2nd October 2015 after the lectures.

or

    - take a taxi (fare around 45 € at the participant's charge).
    - take a regional bus (line N°13) from the Perpignan train station and get off at the bus stop "Annibal". The trip is quite long (55 mn) because of the many stops (fare of the trip: 1,20 €).

By plane

The closest airport is Perpignan Rivesaltes (PGF). From Paris Orly, regular flights (1 hour 20 mn) on HOP company.

To reach Port Barcarès l'Estanyot (20 km distance, 20 mn), participants have two possibilities:
  - take the free organized shuttle provided for the participants arriving on Sunday 27th September and leaving on Friday 2ndOctober 2015 after the lectures.

or

- take a  taxi  (fare around 45 € at the participant's charge).

Highway A 9, exit N°40 "Leucate", then Le Barcarès direction for 20 kilometers. In Le Barcarès, exit N°12 and follow direction "Lido / Mas de l'Ille". At the roundabout, take the 1st street on the right and go straight in the Françoise Dolto street. Main entrance of the Cap'vacances center is at the white fence.

ACCOMMODATION

All participants will be lodged directly at the "Cap'vacances Port Barcares l'Estanyot"resort.

Accommodation covers the accommodation, meals and one excursion, starting from the Sunday (dinner included) and ending on Friday (lunch box included). Participants will be lodged in bungalows (for two or three people) with separate rooms and they have to share the appartment and the toilet facilities.
Drinks consumed at the bar are not covered by the EJC2015 organization.
