EJC2015 registration fee : 120 € (VAT included).
For information, the rate of accommodation for the whole stay is 600 € (VAT included), in addition of the registration fee. Participant may ask a financial support.
After acceptation of a financial support by the EJC2015 organizing committee for the accommodation expenses, the fee will cover the lectures, coffe-breaks, accomodation and meals and one excursion from Sunday 27 September PM to Friday 2 October, 2015 AM (lunch included).
The participation to EJC2015 is done in two steps:
1/ Pre-registration was open from March 2nd to April 24th, 2015. Pre-registration is now closed.
2/ Due to the limited places of the school, the organizing committee is obliged to apply a selection of participants (between May 1 to 8). Each candidate will receive an e-mail of acceptation or not regarding attendance and financial support. There is a possibility of a waiting-list.
The final registration will start on the website from May 20, 2015.Final registration is now closed.
